Tamora in the Moonstone Mask

I know she won't talk to girls!

How do you get her to set you onto Hoff? (See also Game Banshee's walkthrough. Theres 50 XP at stake here. Do you need a super high charisma?

Yeah: I assumed as much, but I have cheated up my charisma and don't know how to play or win the persaude check
