Paladin - Spells/Day?

Does Wisdom or Charisma affect the number of Spells a Paladin gets each day? Or does nothing add to the Base Spells/Day defined in the table on page 163 of the game manual.

I asked at Bioware, in a thread called Help in understanding how to build a Paladin, where I got the answer that my WIS (12) is too low, so the base entitlements are adjusted downwards because I can't do 3rd level spells, and I used four levels as a fighter which reduces my max Paladin level to 12.

The advice is to have a wis of 14 if taking a lot of Paladin levels.

Paladins need at least 14 wisdom to be able to cast all their spells. However granting them high wisdom allows bonuses to spell per day.

The Platinum manuals gives the number of bonus spells on page 36, while the original gives it on page 72. I don't know the others.
