Progress Report

Okays, I'll stop being lazy now and give everyone a report on progress:
-written and coded at least one banter with every Bioware NPC except Sarevok and Anomen, with two for Minsc, Haer'dalis, Edwin and Yoshimo
-written three banters for Dreakith (part of Zulriks Darkness Beyond Light mod), but have only coded one of them
-made CRE files for two bounty hunters, Calzor, four CREs for Arcajarn (yeah, but CREs can be made really quick and easily)
-done intro dialogue for Cal and Arc
-made about eight items
-written a few extra dilalogues, banters and other related things, but haven't coded them yet.

Wow, all written down, that sounds like a lot more than what I thought. Anyway, the point is I haven't got much done, but I have made some progress.

I'll update this thread every so often. (maybe)

Haven't had much time recently with school stuff. Mostly I've just been refining everything. I tell you modders out there, never take shortcuts, it just doesn't work! Anyway, I've been improving the quest, changing it. I've also been taking the banters already in Arcajarn's banter file and reviewing them. Damn, they sound like <insert word which is inappropriate here> once you already have them written and then you decide to go back over them....

Saying them aloud seriously helps a lot.

Been refining everything else as well. The store items were all too cheap, too expensive, too overpowered or too underpowered. Damn, going over all of those again sucked. And then I realized the the strings in the items descriptions refered to my dialog.tlk, so if I was to finalize this mod and people used it, the descriptions could have been anything...

No time, no time, no time! I don't have any time for the next month or so. After that I should be able to get some work done....

Siice the last update I have written a banter with Edwin and a banter with Keldorn. i have written about 5 lines of the Kitanya/Valygar romance. (I know, that hasn't got anything to do with this mod, but I just thought I'd tell you that's my top modding priority at the moment).

Gah, time moves too quickly these days. No, I haven't done that much since the last update. About four, maybe five banters. I should be able to get some done in the next two weeks though, so I'll let everyone know what I get done in that time.

Progress from the last week:
-I've got a basic quest plot sorted out now. Oh, and this mod will be compatible with Virtue, by the way. I just had look at it.
-A banter with Valygar (don't expect too much from that one... It's about 8 words long... And it doesn't make sense..)
-One banter each with Jan, Sarevok, Haer'dalis and Minsc.

Cool.  I'm looking forward to playing this mod when it finally comes out.
