If you've got them ready, sure, go ahead. But, if you don't have them already made, I wouldn't start something you couldn't finish.
Something I couldn't finish? They're fairly simple, just getting spell creation right is a pain. I've got about 3 and half kits made. I say that because I'm still working on spells etc.
And I have the quest two thirds of the way done. I just gotta sort out things like journal entries (if I can do that) and stuff like that...
Basically, I haven't got them done, but they should be too hard to complete if they are to be included.
